I love the crunchy version of the rebar. It is very filling as well. A great way to get your veggies and grains especially when you are on the go. It is a wonderful alternative to the other organic bars that are still overly sweet from cane juice.

I used to get these shipped from Canada because I couldn’t find them anywhere locally, so I’m so happy to see Amazon has them now! I’ve tried all the Rebar flavors, and the Seeds n Greens are my favorites. I don’t understand the reviewer who said they taste like cough syrup at all! They taste pleasantly (not overly) sweet and nutty, and moist rather than pasty like a lot of bars. I don’t get a pomegranate flavor from them, but they’re tasty enough to forgive that!
Oh, and they’re made of FOOD, which is always nice in an edible product. Ingredients as follows:

These are a very tasty energy bar. Green tea, seeds…good stuff. Better than any non-organic bar I’ve ever had, and these are actually loaded with ingredients that are good for you. Highly recommended.
